The &:hover part is a nested pseudo-class selector. It will apply the styles when the .nested-element is being hovered over by the user. The & symbol refers to the parent selector; in this case, .nested-element.

Color Fonts

Also known as chromatic fonts, Color Fonts use multiple colors inside a single glyph. This opens up a new world of possibilities for font customization, allowing you to create unique and visually appealing text on your web pages.
